Our Story
Hidden Bear Farm is a small, family owned and operated farm outside of Gainesville, Florida. The Karably-Collins family started Hidden Bear Farm five years ago in the hopes to feel closer to our food and create a distance between ourselves and the big food industry. We are passionate about bringing high-quality, delicious food to our community and connecting through the experience of sharing local produce and meats.
