Easy Blueberry Cobbler
The time for u-pick has finally arrived and we are just as excited to see you at the farm as we know you are to come pick some berries! We couldn’t be more thankful that it has come just in time for Easter Sunday.

Our easy blueberry cobbler is a holiday, and really any day, favorite amongst everyone in our home whether you ask one of the children or the adults. We highly suggest that you try it out as it will surely sweeten up your family’s Easter Sunday!

- total time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
2 cups blueberries
Instructions:
Place butter in a baking dish and put in oven to melt.
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and milk until batter is fully mixed.
- Remove pan from oven and pour batter mixture into melted butter.
- Pour the berries on top.
- Bake 30-40 minutes or until batter is golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream and enjoy!
